Anchor Starboard at the Marina District
Toledo, Ohio. Due diligence included pre-construction ALTA survey, zoning code review and representation at Toledo Plan Commission and Maumee River Overlay. Civil design of 12,300-square-foot multi-bay co-brand with 74 car parking spaces, dual drive-thru with vehicle stacking, ADA compliance, cross access and utility easements and record plat drawing. Scope included site grading, stormwater quantity and quality, erosion control, water and sanitary mains.
Culvers Restaurant
Westgate, Toledo, Ohio. Lewandowski Engineers prepared site acquisition due diligence that included a pre-construction ALTA survey, zoning code review, lot split and cross-access and utility easements for a 4.400-square-foot Culvers Restaurant Westgate. Scope included design of 61-space parking lot, drive-thru with stacking, by-pass lane, water quantity and water quality, erosion control, site grading and in-house landscape design.
Oregon, Ohio. Pre-construction ALTA survey and zoning Code review for a Wendy’s restaurant re-brand to a Culvers restaurant. We teamed with Buehrer Design Group for an expansion of the building footprint, utility and parking lot improvements, and in-house design and QA/QC of landscape improvements. Improvements include ADA compliance, 44-stall parking, drive-thru lane with stacking and cross-access.
Springfield Township, Ohio. Lewandowski Engineers prepared site acquisition due diligence that included a pre-construction ALTA survey, zoning Code review, lot split and cross-access easements for a 4.400-square-foot Culvers restaurant in the Spring Meadows shopping plaza. The design required an assessment of the total drainage capacity of prior constructed stormwater management facilities which greatly reduced on-site water quantity demands. Civil design included site geometrics, drive-thru with vehicle stacking, 59-car parking lot, ADA compliance, stormwater pollution prevention plan and in-house design of landscape improvements.
Kiezi Beverage Company
Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio. Lewandowski Engineers prepared a pre-construction ALTA survey, condominium plan and represented the owner in on-site impact of adjacent parcel vehicle stacking.
Marco’s Osteria
Toledo, Ohio. Site survey, civil design and permitting of Monroe Street roadway improvements to accommodate outdoor dining.
Bag Of Nails Restaurant
Marina District, Toledo, Ohio. We performed a pre-construction ALTA survey and civil design for a 13,100-square-foot restaurant, adjoining clubhouse, and pool. Due diligence included utility capacity study, zoning code review and determined limits of floodway and floodplain. Civil scope included site grading, stormwater quality and quantity, erosion control, sanitary, water, and coordination with electric utility for transformer protection.
Fresnius Kidney Care
Toledo, Ohio. We coordinated multi-parcel ALTA acquisition in near-downtown for the construction of a 7,200-square-foot dialysis and kidney care center. Site civil design included stormwater quality and quantity management, site grading, and stormwater pollution prevention plan.
Warren, Ohio. We coordinated the construction of a 7,200-square-foot dialysis and kidney care center at Parkman Road and S.R. 82 in Warren Ohio. Site civil design included geometric design to accommodate an existing gas main and petroleum storage facility as well as stormwater quality and quantity management, site grading, stormwater pollution prevention plan and site grading.

Bradner, Ohio. Lewandowski Engineers provided site civil design for a new-build at U.S. 23 and U.S. 6. Scope included an 8,600-square-foot C-Store, curved starting gate, 6-car pump islands with separate five diesel pump truck island, large volume oil-water separator and a truck scale. Site improvements include 37 vehicle parking with ADA accessible route, 22 semi-truck parking with marshalling area.
