The ‘80s saw innovations in residential housing in our region. We worked on a large senior citizens housing plat for Lucas County. We also worked with partners on suburban development of manufactured housing neighborhoods, and mixed residential and commercial plats.

At Lourdes College (now Lourdes University) and Owens Community College, we did a lot of work tracing out and mapping utilities and mapping as-built areas. This work pays off when future development can be planned and completed efficiently.
